Customers must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Use products only as directed on the physical label. Seek qualified professional advice when pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medicines or managing a medical condition.
Prices and availability
Prices are displayed in Indian rupees and may change without prior notice. Orders are subject to stock, address serviceability and payment or cash-on-delivery confirmation. A cart or WhatsApp message is an order request until Mongrila confirms it.
International delivery requests
The website checkout is for Indian delivery addresses only. USA customers should check Amazon.com first; a direct India shipment requires a confirmed minimum order of 48 pieces and separate international freight. Australia is availability/enquiry-only until Mongrila confirms the postcode, courier route, prepaid cost and current import conditions. Customers outside India are responsible for local import, customs, tax, labelling and biosecurity requirements. A quote does not guarantee border clearance or a fixed delivery date.
Payments
Never share an OTP, card PIN or online-banking password with Mongrila staff. Online payments should be completed only through an official, verified payment link or gateway.
Delivery, cancellation and returns

Intellectual property
The Mongrila name, logo, packaging images, website design and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. They may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
Prohibited use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious code, copy customer information, place fraudulent orders or use content to create misleading health claims.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Mongrila is not responsible for losses caused by misuse, ignoring label directions, third-party platforms, courier delays outside reasonable control or inaccurate information supplied by the customer.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by applicable Indian law. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded. Subject to those rights, disputes are subject to the courts with jurisdiction in Punjab, India.
