Who controls your information?
Mongrila is the data controller for information collected through mongrila.in and Mongrila’s direct customer-support channels. The business operates from Amritsar, Punjab, India.
Information you provide
You may provide your name, mobile number, email address, delivery address, PIN code, order details, enquiry text and product or batch photographs when contacting Mongrila or placing an order request.
Information collected automatically
When analytics or security services are configured, the website may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, page interactions and approximate location derived from network information.
Google measurement and consent
Mongrila uses Google Analytics 4 to understand website and shopping activity. Google Tag Manager or Google Ads measurement may also be configured. Analytics and advertising storage remain denied until you choose “Allow analytics” in the website privacy controls. You can reopen Privacy settings from the footer and change that choice.
Mongrila does not intentionally send checkout names, mobile numbers, email addresses or delivery addresses to Google measurement tags. Google may process device, browser, network, page and interaction information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Processors and third-party platforms
Depending on the service you use, information may be processed by Razorpay or another configured payment provider, courier and fulfilment partners, website hosting and security providers, WhatsApp/Meta, Amazon, and Google measurement services. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. Mongrila shares only information reasonably required for payment, fulfilment, support, security or measurement.
Do not send sensitive medical records, card PINs, OTPs or online-banking passwords through an unverified message.
Payment information
Mongrila should not request card PINs, OTPs or online-banking passwords. When an online payment provider is configured, payment credentials are handled by that provider; Mongrila may receive transaction references and payment status.
Retention and security
Order, payment-reference, invoice and tax records are retained for the period required by applicable accounting, tax and consumer law. Enquiry, support, delivery and fraud-prevention records are retained only while reasonably needed for those purposes, then deleted or de-identified where legally and operationally possible. Reasonable access controls, transport security and administrative safeguards are used, but no internet transmission is completely risk-free.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access or correct your personal information, request deletion where the law permits, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw optional analytics or marketing consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already completed lawfully. Use the footer’s Privacy settings control to change Google measurement consent.

Applicable law
