India: direct website checkout
Mongrila accepts website orders only for delivery to a serviceable Indian six-digit PIN code. Cash on delivery and prepaid choices are shown subject to order confirmation, stock and courier coverage. The cart’s INR total applies to India orders.
USA: Amazon first or a confirmed bulk enquiry
Customers in the USA should check the current Amazon.com availability route first. The India website checkout does not fulfil ordinary USA orders. If a suitable marketplace offer is unavailable, a direct shipment from India requires a minimum of 48 pieces, separate international freight and manual prepaid confirmation.
Australia: availability enquiry only
The Australia page provides availability and enquiry information. The India website checkout does not fulfil Australian orders. Product, postcode, courier route, prepaid freight and current import or biosecurity conditions must be confirmed before payment.
International cash on delivery is not available. Currency conversion, duties, taxes, customs or biosecurity charges may apply and are normally the recipient’s responsibility.
How long does order processing take?
Confirmed orders are normally processed within one to two business days. Orders placed on public holidays or high-volume sale days may require additional time.
What are the estimated transit times?
- Many metro locations: approximately 3–5 working days after dispatch.
- Non-metro locations: approximately 5–8 working days.
- Remote or hilly areas: approximately 7–12 working days.
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Weather, courier capacity, local restrictions and address issues can affect transit.
Any separately confirmed international transit estimate may be extended by export processing, customs, biosecurity review or local-carrier hand-off. Mongrila cannot guarantee clearance by another country’s authorities.
How much is shipping?
For India checkout, shipping is free when the eligible product subtotal is ₹599 or more. A standard shipping charge of ₹79 may apply below that amount. USA bulk freight and any Australia enquiry quote are calculated separately and are not covered by the India free-shipping threshold.
How is tracking provided?
Tracking may be sent by WhatsApp, SMS or email after dispatch. Contact sales@mongrila.in with your order number when a shipment exceeds the estimated timeline.
What if the parcel appears damaged or tampered?
Do not consume a visibly damaged, leaking, unsealed or tampered product. Photograph the outer packaging, shipping label and product, preserve all packaging and contact support promptly.
Incorrect or incomplete address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete address and reachable mobile number. Additional delivery charges may apply when a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery or customer refusal.
